The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Foundation was established on January 30, 1989, to honor the legacy of Dr. King and the Civil Rights Movement. Our mission is to continue the struggle for freedom and human rights for all people in the United States, regardless of race or ethnicity. We believe everyone deserves equal rights and opportunities, and we will work tirelessly to achieve that goal.
