On behalf of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Foundation, Inc. of Jacksonville, Florida, we respectfully invite you to participate in our annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Parade, to be held on Monday, January 18, 2027, in downtown Jacksonville.

The MLK Day Parade is a cornerstone of our community’s observance, honoring the life, legacy, and enduring teachings of Dr. King through unity, service, and peaceful celebration. Each year, the parade brings together civic organizations, schools, faith-based institutions, businesses, fraternities and sororities, marching bands, and community groups to demonstrate our shared commitment to equality, justice, and hope.

Your participation would add great value and visibility to this important event. Parade units may include walkers, decorated vehicles, marching groups, cultural displays, banners, or other creative expressions that reflect Dr. King’s vision and your organization’s mission.
